DC Bros Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Find Difference - Great Images mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Display Name: A username you choose to identify yourself on leaderboards
• Country/Region: Your selected country for regional leaderboard filtering
• Profile Image: An optional profile picture you upload
• Game Scores: Your daily challenge scores and completion data
• Device Identifier: A randomly generated ID to identify your device
• Google Account ID: If you choose to link your Google account for cross-device sync
• Apple Account ID: If you choose to link your Apple account for cross-device sync (iOS only)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Display your profile on leaderboards
• Track your game progress and scores
• Enable cross-device synchronization (if you link a Google or Apple account)
• Improve the App and user experience

3. Information Sharing

Your information may be visible to other users in the following ways:

• Leaderboards: Your display name, profile image, country, and scores are visible on public leaderboards

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase: Provides authentication, storage, and database services. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In: If you choose to link your Google account for authentication.
• Sign in with Apple: If you choose to link your Apple account for authentication (iOS only). See Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Google Cloud Platform and Firebase. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the App, which will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View your profile information in the App
• Update: Modify your display name, region, and profile image
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data through the Profile screen

8. International Users (GDPR & CCPA)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland:

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have additional rights including:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Our legal basis for processing your data includes: consent (for optional features like account linking), legitimate interests (for app functionality), and contract performance (for providing our services).

For California residents:

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Know: What personal information we collect and how it is used
• Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data)
• Non-Discrimination: Receive equal service regardless of exercising your privacy rights

9. Opting Out and Revoking Consent

You have control over your data and can opt out in the following ways:

• Personalized Ads: To opt out of personalized advertising, go to your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable tracking for this app. You can also reset your Advertising Identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
• Data Collection: To stop all data collection, you can delete your account through the Profile screen in the app. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
• Push Notifications: You can disable notifications at any time through your device Settings > Notifications > Find Difference.

10. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
